always in trouble...

Things we have gotten trouble for here:
-trying on hats (I happened to grab the one belonging to the shop keeper)
-whistling (Chris was whistling in a store and they told him to stop because it scares the money away)
-hands in pockets (a lady at the church asked our translator who this hooligan boy was with his hands in his pockets, very disrespectful in church)

Yesterday we went to a 200 year old church that was converted to a garage during soviet control of Kazakhstan, but it is a church again. It was really beautiful inside and had some amazing artifacts and paintings on the walls. Today we got to visit a monument called "stronger than death" that is dedicated to the end of nuclear testing in Semey.

We are still having great visits with Keira, but we are ready to take her HOME!
